Cancellation Policy
We understand things can happen, and in recent times many events have had to be cancelled for reasons outside of your control.
We have made our cancellation policy as simple, and minimal impact as we can.
D2-UK LTD Cancelation Policy – Rev. 012021
Should you wish to cancel a hire booking or production service with D2-UK LTD, then this policy outlines our stance on how this is to be carried out, and financial costs you will incur.
By submitting a purchase order, or by paying a deposit to D2-UK LTD you agree to this policy.
Equipment hire – Dry
Should the hire wish to cancel a Dry hire booking they can do so, up until 2 business days prior to the delivery/collection date with no charge.
Should cancellation be requested within 2 business days of the delivery/collection date then 50% of the hire fee is to be paid.
Production services
Should you wish to cancel a production services booking, (this includes all our services outside of dry hire) then the below fees are payable based on the amount of time before we are due to deliver on-site:
up to 7 days prior – only the booking deposit will be retained.
5 – 6 days prior – 60% of the final fee is to be paid.
3 – 4 days prior – 75% of the final fee is to be paid.
Within 48hrs – 85% of the final fee is to be paid.
